3DC Moto Shipping and Returns Policy
If you are looking to return your order, we’re here to help! You may return items within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
3DC Moto will stand behind all products we make regarding manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Some products contain pieces from another manufacturer and are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. Some warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Do not stick shipping labels to the original product package or bag.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. All items not returned in new, unused condition and in original undamaged packaging will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to the address below to request which products you would like to return. Include your name, order number, item description, and reason for return.
- Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email and place it on a shipping box or bag (not original item’s packaging).
- Send item(s) back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- After we receive a return, it may take 3 to 7 days to receive your refund.
- Original shipping costs (to you) are not eligible for refund. However, return shipping (to 3DC Moto) is covered by 3DC Moto as long as the Return and Refund Policy is followed.
- If an item being returned is lost or damaged in the mail, there will be a 7-day waiting period before a refund is issued. We realize that an item that is lost in the mail is not your fault! You will be issued a refund at the end of the 7 days as long as the returned item was confirmed as “received” by the designated mail system.
