Front Brake
Step 1: Using the flush cutters, remove the zip tie near the brake caliper that holds the sensor wire to the brake line. (FIG 1)
Step 2: Lay out both halves of the heat sync and apply the thermal paste to the inside diameter of each one. (Fig 2)
Step 3: Place heat syncs over each side of the brake line and attach them together with a zip tie on the bottom. (Fig 3)
Step 4: Install the top zip tie in the same manner.
Step 5: Attach the sensor wire to the heat sync assembly using a zip tie in the center groove of the heat sync. (Fig 4)
Step 6: Using the flush cutters, trim the ends of the zip ties.
Rear Brake
Step 1: Install the thermal paste to the inside diameter of the heat sync. (Fig 2)
Step 2: Align the inside step of the heat sync with the large brake line sheath and press into place. The heat sync may overlap the metal swage connection on some motorcycles. (Fig 5)
Step 3: Install the front and rear zip ties.
Step 4: Using the flush cutters, trim the ends of the zip ties. (Fig 6)
