The "Saw Boss" Customizable Chainsaw Mount

This is the 3D Concepts Moto Customizable Chainsaw Mount. You have the ability to choose the options that work best for you, and we will build it! You have so many choices with this mount, but that's just the beginning. This mount is 3D printed from lightweight, engineering grade plastic. It mounts with rubber clamps, so it won't mar or squeeze your fork tubes like other mounts. The tools needed are a 13mm wrench, 13mm socket, and a ratchet. Your saw is secured, firmly with Two friction straps and not bungee cords. Your saw couldn't ask for a better mount with our thick rubber cushions. Your bar and scabbard are secure with a strap to give you confidence.

Mounts:

Roll bar mounts for 1.5” or 2” roll bars

Motorcycle Mounts for 48mm fork tubes (fits well on WP XPLOR and XACT forks)

Side Plates:

Basic Sides: Slick side plates with no bottle or battery mounts.

MSR Bottles: One 325mL Oil Bottle, and Two 591mL Fuel Bottles.

BRS Bottles: One 530mL Oil Bottle, and Two 750mL Fuel Bottles

Battery Caddy: Mount Two Makita, DeWalt, or Milwaukee Batteries. Write your battery type in the order notes. Batteries not included.

Battery Bag: Universal battery bag with rubber isolator. This bag can be removed and mounted to Molle systems. Made by our friends at DMADA Creative right here in Idaho.

Tool Holder: Mount the bar tool right next to the saw. Fits tools up to 6.5” long.

Lights:

Light Bar is 4800 Lumens and comes wired for KTM (white) headlight connectors. Husqvarna (Black) headlight connectors are available on request. Requires 12V and draws approximately 4Amps.

Dual 9V Lights are 2500 Lumens each and come with a battery pack and a 12V converter (if you want to run it on your headlight circuit).

Single 9V Light is 4000 Lumens and comes with a battery pack and a 12V converter.
